Delivery Terms:

general terms are FCA Frankfurt/Main airport, airworthy packing included, if not otherwise specified, i.e. dangerous goods regulations (IATA/ADR) or if special packing is required. Also “seaworthy packing” is always subject to separate offer.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are “ payment in advance”. This might be changed into “payment along with purchase order” or “irrevocable letter of credit”. These terms are always subject to order
